I had my Chevy Truck serviced today, and had a couple of other automotive issues checked out and addressed. All procedures went very well and I quickly had my vehicle back in 2-hours. I'm very pleased with the service.

I was panicked about my car not starting. Triple A said it was an electrical problem so Santa Rosa was the closest city for the repair. That is how I found Bill's. Bob was absolutely wonderful to work with because he was calm and nice and reassuring. He gave my big dog, also named Bob, a treat. The shop is very clean (bathroom is spotless too) and Bob called me with updates and the final price was fair. The car works perfectly now. Electrical problems can be daunting but not to the people at Bill's. I highly recommend this business.
