We can't say enough good things about the entire staff at BAE&R. We were treated with respect and felt like they genuinely cared about fixing our vehicle issues and not just collecting a payment. From the first moment we spoke with Judy and all the way to the final moment when we collected our fixed car from Bob...they maintained an open line of communication...keeping us informed through every step they explored to fix the problem. We prefer to communicate by text messages and Bob was perfectly willing to indulge us and kept us informed by texting us anytime he needed to relay a new item of information. Bob listened to our theories and whether they were of any help or not at least we knew that we got our ideas across and he didn't just dismiss us. The cost of fixing our electrical issue on a collectors 1989 Buick Reatta was not cheap by any means. We don't have disposable income to just keep throwing into a car that is not a daily necessity for us but we feel like satisfied customers since the money we spent seems to have fixed the problem completely and we know it was done with care and attention to detail.....it was done once and it was done right. We certainly can't say the same for the dealership shop we originally brought the car to. We would recommend Bill's AEAR to anyone and everyone. We plan to continue bringing our cars to them. We have 2 other collectors cars that will need some work done to revive them back to life and we trust Bob and his staff will treat us and our cars right.
